Following a prolonged period marked by project cancellations, cost inflation, geopolitical uncertainty and limited transaction flow, there are emerging signs of stabilisation. The UK’s recent AR7 may indicate a shift in market dynamics – but what does a recovery in offshore wind financing realistically look like, and who is positioned to lead it?
